B) Emory, but I took some time off to get my PhD in French Literature at Oxford. I really wanted to do something for me. Anyway after that I did my residency at John Hopkins. C) Depends on how hot the rookie QB. RGIII is a day 1 starter. Everyone else behind him is a group of guys that shouldn't be starting before week 8 at the very least. Now if you'll excuse me I have to get back to a triple bypass procedure, plus I got blood all over my keyboard.

| Re: Peyton Manning or RGIII your choice People are comparing this sitaution to when we got McNabb but it really wouldn't be that. It's more closely associated with the Vikings drafting Ponder and trading for McNabb last year. The difference is we're not sending draft picks to Indy for Peyton and...hopefully...Manning has better results here than McNabb in Minnesota

And Manning is 36 with bad neck nerves that weaken his tricep muscle. Now I do know this cause I did play QB a long time ago. Your tricep muscle is what gives you power to throw. I'm not a doc but that just doesn't sound good at all. I think ( and hope) we're done chasing other teams washed up players. | |

The Redskins can't go into the draft without a viable FA QB, otherwise they'd get murdered in an effort to trade up.

| Re: Peyton Manning or RGIII your choice Mike Mayock said yesterday that if he's the Rams, he'd be ecstatic if the Browns gave up the 27th pick to move up two spots for RG3. Think about what the Rams are asking for. A one, a two, and a three to move down four spots. Yet, if their best offer was two firsts? They'd do that in a heartbeat. My thing is this: if you are the Browns, why would you give up a first round pick to go up two spots even if you love RG3. No team can really make a better offer than the Browns first and second rounders, because the Browns have the draft position that the Rams want the most. I think the Browns are just going to let the board come to them. And the Rams aren't going to be able to get any additional value on the second overall pick. They are going to be stuck with it. At the end of the day, I think the 2013 first rounder is plenty enough to go as high in the draft as you need to go. I don't think you can get Luck or even get close to Luck at that price. But that gives you your pick of RG3/Blackmon/Kalil. Which is what the Redskins need the most.
