| Re: Shanahan said what? if it were not for all the fumbles lost, the interceptions thrown, and the holding penalties, we would have been in the playoffs!

| Re: Shanahan said what? I thought we looked real good in our first few games. I agree with shanny that if we had no injuries, then we could be a bottom tier playoff caliber offense, but then again every team has injuries. NYG had a bunch this year, as did GB last year. Depth is what makes teams go. |

| Re: Shanahan said what? Injuries hurt a bunch so who knows? It was only four games, but the offense wasn't playoff caliber in those first four games.

What do you want him to say? "We suck and are willing to give up everything for the second pick but since we have nobody worthy of playing in the NFL on offense we'll suck for years."

The Giants couldn't have won the super bowl (maybe not even made the playoffs) if all those preseason injuries happened during the season.

| Re: Shanahan said what? Some people here think that if you dont put IMO behind all of your posts, then you are force feeding your ideas down others throats as if what you said was fact. Its all about being politically correct nowadays, and if your view is considered incorrect or doesnt match up with theirs, then by golly you are just being downright rude, unless you add an IMO, IMO.

| Re: Shanahan said what? Mike Shanahan's interviews are awesome. I'm srurprised he didn't slip in a: 'for obvious reasons' in the interview he managed to sneak in a 'best chance to win' right there at the end. But what does anyone expect him to say? He's already proven he'll literally say anything yet tell nothing.

| Re: Shanahan said what? Considering the Super Bowl's final score wasn't exactly a display of offense, maybe Shanahan isn't too far off. But, like others have said, what is he supposed to say exactly?
