correct me if i'm wrong, but they wore the 75th throwbacks more than twice in 2007. is there a limit? they couldn't have created a burgundy throwback jersey and/or worn throwbacks every game in 2007?

The 70th spear set was worn twice against the Giants and 49ers, which is the league limit for throwbacks, except for the league's 75th anniversary in 1994...seemed like there were no rules then. We had road and home throwback versions, as did all teams because the league wanted everyone to match up in throwbacks. Most of those uniforms were hideous and inaccurate though. i was also confused because i attended the redskins-saints game in 2003, and they were wearing the spears. have they worn the spears since 2003? so twice a season is the hard limit on throwbacks?

Thanksgiving is just the popular time to do it, that's why I initially predicted we'd wear them on Turkey Day. I didn't even think about saving them for just home games (good move).

otherwise, we wear our throwbacks 11/4 vs carolina and 12/3 vs ny - and unless i'm wrong about thanksgiving (dark/color jerseys only allowed for both teams if both teams are wearing throwbacks), then we will be wearing white in dallas. how many times has that ever happened?
