If that's your position, Lotus, then I say minicamp is irrelevant.

And you have to post proof.

And hang-up are a figment of your imagination.

Relax guys, we win this every year.

And we all know how reports of a good minicamp translate into success!

I mean looking at years past.....

Well, I hope RG3 shines, though considering how bad Newton looked before the regular season, I wouldn't hit the panic button for anything less than injury.

Always remember. The standard of play in the preseason for "on-track" teams is not very high.

Is mini camp a no cantact no pad practice or do they go at it some with pads and lite contact?

Re: Redskins Minicamp (June 11-June 14)

i'm pretty confident we'll see coverage issues this year. landry to meriwether (sp?) is a toss up, but the other spot is meh and the corners weren't awe-inspiring last year, to say the least.

however, our QB play was sooo bad that the defensive issues might have been a bit overblown.

No contact

Max 3.5 hours on the field each day

2nd practice has to be no helmet/pads walk through

I hope Jonathan Crompton makes a solid case for himself in mini camp and in training camp. No one is talking about him. He's the practice squad QB after all.

Are all mini-camp practices open to the press?

Re: Redskins Minicamp (June 11-June 14)

DeAngelo Hall on what he learned from Shannon Sharpe - DC Sports Bog - The Washington Post

"You have to do things that other people either wonít do or they canít do. You have to approach practice as if itís a game."

ďAnd thatís something that I have a hard time doing sometimes. I kind of like to kind of coast in practice, make it look at easy as possible, try to save it all for the game. But Shannon made the point that if youíre going so hard in practice that you feel like youíre playing in a game, then by the time you get to the game, everythingís easy."

oh boy...Classic D Hall
