| 10 Favorite Redskins That No One Else Knows About Okay, so Smoot's thread got me thinking as I was naming the 10 Greatest Redskins that I have seen. Lots of guys I came up with were guys I loved to watch but weren't ever going to be on anybody's "Greatest" anything list. They weren't going to the HOF, maybe never got to the pro-bowl and, if you named them to other teams fans, those folks would never have heard of them or only had some vague recollection of them. Even other Redskins fans might say "Who?". Regardless, you loved to see them play. Same restriction as in the "10 Greatest" thread - you have to have seen them play (live or tv). Clint Didier Brad Dusek Harald McClinton Charlie Harraway Pat Fisher (meanest, toughest bastard in town). Charlie Brown Mike Nelms Neal Olkewicz Darryl Grant Jon Jansen

| Re: 10 Favorite Redskins That No One Else Knows About I left Santana Moss off my other list and that was a big mistake!!! The September 2005 game where he and Brunell beat the Cowboys on Monday night in the Ring of Horror game is on my list of greatest Redskins games ever. I will always like Santana... true professional and Cowboy beater! |

| Re: 10 Favorite Redskins That No One Else Knows About I don't know, a lot of the players selected here aren't really "no one else knows about" players. They're borderline Greatest Ever. I'll go with RB-Kelvin Bryant RB-Joe Washington K/P-Steve Cox CB-AJ Johnson S-Curtis Jordan DE-ND Kalu WR-Calvin Muhammad

| Re: 10 Favorite Redskins That No One Else Knows About I was always fond of Kelvin Bryant because he was representing the area around here. He grew up in a town about 20 mins from where I live. Small town named Tarboro.

| Re: 10 Favorite Redskins That No One Else Knows About Not sure which of my picks show up on the greatest 70, but these are Skins that you rarely hear mentioned. Joe Lavendar and Lemar Parrish could end up in the Hall some day. |

| Re: 10 Favorite Redskins That No One Else Knows About Tough list, but here we go: 1. Kelvin Bryant RB (I agree with you guys on him) 2. Steve Cox P/K 3. Eric Yarber PR (Never saw him fair catch any punts) 4. Brian Davis S 5. Ricky Ervin RB 6. Joe Washington RB 7. Todd Bowles S 8. Alvin Walton DB (I don't know how "known" he is outside of Redskins fans) 9. Frank Wycheck TE (I know he made his fame with the Titans, but I hated the 'skins given him up!) 10. Kurt Gouveia LB
