| Re: Chris Cooley Released Wow, this was one that some of us probably saw coming but didn't want it to happen. Cooley was a class act and a true Redskin. Hopefully if he goes to play somewhere else he returns to the organization in some form or fashion and continues to contribute to Redskins Nation. HTTR! If there was any question that this is a new era in Redskins football, there's no longer doubt. Shanahan is putting his stamp on the team. Younger, cheaper, focusing on upside.

I really thought his move to FB and the thin talent at that position with Young not being 100% healthy would save him...but then again, reality says we can't pay a backup fullback that kind of money.
