The second one, Lechler was pretty close to the LOS to try to help him out, no wonder it got blocked. About halfway through the video on that catch by Gates when he got hurt...look how long the refs let the play go...he was stood up for about 5 seconds! Complete contrast from our game with immediate whistles and phantom forward progress calls that negate legitimate fumbles. There's absolutely no consistency from crew to crew with these replacement officials.
