| Re: Smoot Speaks Smoot's a good guy and a quality Redskin. His current demands are just rediculous though. maybe when free agency starts and he sees his true value he will come back to the skins, unless some other team overpays him and blows the skins out of the water. |

I'd like to see a more proactive role in maintaining our free agents but if we DON'T go out and wine and dine prospective free agents, then it's going to ALSO be a problem. They won't be swooned by the Redskins on hopes and dreams unfortunately.
