Quickest way to the rite track is to get off the wrong one as soon as you realize your on it. Some of us know already. Others are realizing by the week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I really have no vested interest in Shanahan as a coach or person. I just don't think blowing it all up and starting over with god knows who is necessarily the better way. There's no guarantees either way.

| Re: Should Mike Shanahan be fired? This is why I say Shanahan should not have been hired in the first place. He's not the right coach for this organization/fan base.

That said I recall plenty of folks not being big fans of Gibbs 2.0. Remember the "he backed into the playoffs twice" stuff? Unless someone can come in here and turn things around on a dime and do no wrong, we're always going to hear the same crap.

| Re: Should Mike Shanahan be fired? You are right. Same goes for all the other retreads, Gruden, Cower, etc. the redskins needed someone like Harbaugh.

| Re: Should Mike Shanahan be fired? Honestly I felt strongly in 2008 that Jim Fassel was exactly what this team needed. Or Mike Sherman. I think someone who's already been a coach but is looking for a second chance to get his first ring would be ideal. Oh well, we all know who our next coach is anyway

The majority in the poll are just bright enough to understand that the constant...torching and "rebuilding" of the Team/Coaching staff is a recipe for more of the same.....
