Before I weigh in on the "Pony" v. "No Pony" debate, I really, really need to know how the mods feel about it. I just don't know what to think until they inform my opinion.

I don't believe the insider stuff.. Unless it's actually out there for people to see. I like HTTR's blog's, but a lot goes on when you have a bunch of different minds.

Re: Should Mike Shanahan be fired?

Wow! That sounds even worse than I imagined NC Skins! I don't care about Haslett but someone needs to be concerned about gameplanning Sunday. I would also go along with getting someone outside the organization and Haslett can take these dipshits with him including Morris. If all this is true Shanny really is an expensive joke and there are plenty on here who will agree with that.

If we hired Gruden it would be the same false hope as hiring Shanahan. If shanny is replaced I hopes it's not Gruden. Hire a coach who has something to prove and wants to win and not worried about how much money he is making.

The problem I would have with Gruden is he would want control over personnel. We saw how that worked in Tampa Bay. Once McKay's team got old, the Bucs started to suck. I would only have Gruden as a coach. I wouldn't even want Bruce making personnel decisions.

Amen brother. Someone worthy of giving a chance to that's hungry for the opportunity. A name coach doesn't mean anything anymore. One of our own posters...SFredskin said we should have hired Harbaugh and he was right on the money. Check around and get some opinions FO. For Gods sake you're being paid pretty well to know football.

Greg Roman, he coached Luck at Stanford and would be a perfect fit for RGIII. Sick of all retread coaches, skins need to find the next Gibbs, when Gibbs was hired everyone asked who the hell is he? People are enamored with names, my gut feeling tells me Roman will be damn good coach.

College coaches aren't it. It's a different game. Harbaugh has done well because 1) His team was stacked with talent 2) He played in the NFL and knows the game.

I would go with a hungry assistant in the NFL looking to make a name for himself.

I was excited about you but NC could be our biggest signing yet. Lol.
All kidding aside-
I cannot worry about next year anymore - i wont. It is Tuesday and there is a game Sunday and everybody that coaches or plays for the Redskins is damn well aware of that. Im not expecting perfection from anybody Sunday but im expecting effort and discipline. Im expecting the defense to get after Nick Foles. This is a playoff game for us. I would like to think that a bunch of well paid grown men will put their differences aside and go out and win a football game. I think that will make the players - coaches - and fanbase happy for one friggin week.

Who the hell do you think the Offensive Co-ordination for the 49ers is? Greg Roman!

San Francisco 49ers: Greg Roman
