| The 50 thing was a joke. That was my point - a remark like that would have deserved a "blame it on the Shannys" response. I too was hoping we could just enjoy the win today. Lol. Without the Shanny talk coming from either side. Didnt mean for my post to come across as angry as i guess it sounded. I was generally wondering why Joe Redskin - who i take for someone that is smart enough to read through the sarcasm of my post- would go there and if he did not think those penalties were an issue?

| Yes - im saying a dumb question like "how come we didnt score 50" would be grounds for a sarcastic "blame it on shanny" response. Yes.

| Re: Skins 31 Eagles 6 If you are a Skins fan there is not much to complain about today about the team. Soak in the home blow out win over a division rival and just plain enjoy it. I am sure the Skins will have a bad game again this year don't worry Debbie Downers.

| I would like to change my original response to Joe Redskins comment to "did u really have to go there today". Before this snowballs into something completely out of context and ruins a perfectly good day. If it hasnt already. Just for the record I believe the Skins and Pack win this week setting up a huge MNF showdown at fedex between us and the Giants. I also believe the Giants brutal remaining schedule opens up the door for a division crown and playoff run for the Skins. Been saying that for weeks. Ask Okie - i said we would win the division after the first Giants game - a loss - so no debbie downer in my house. No sir. No how.

Okay ... how's this: We won by 20+ points against a crappy team with a rookie QB that is imploding so it is indicative of nothing and, b/c of the poor play calling/execution on short yardage and the penalties, just highlighted our inability to compete against top flight NFL teams. We are still a bad team and are deluding ourselves on thinking anything else. Some of that blame has to fall on the Shanny's. Maybe more accurate but not nearly as much fun.

BTW - I blew soda out my nose on the "Noonan" comment. Now THAT was funny (the Noonan comment, not the soda out my nose - that just hurt).

| Re: Skins 31 Eagles 6 He's our best pure WR. The only facet other guys trump Moss is on blocking, which is important no doubt. But as far as pure WR skills - speed, route-running, ability to create space, football IQ - he's far and away our best.
