| Re: Giants at Redskins Post Game Thread I thought the Redskins offensive line did a great job keeping Griffin III healthy and upright. The Giants defensive front are great at penetrating and Griffin III got rid of the ball in time to avoid sacks. But the Giants pass rush is almost impossible to completely contain. |

| Re: Giants at Redskins Post Game Thread Also a lot of those hits were clearly after Griff had released the ball, some may have been, but I'm not calling roughing the passer cause i don't expect anyone to be able to stop their momentum in mid air after sprinting as hard as they can at someone. I'd say the line managed fine, Now Trent did miss one arm tackle that they highlighted on TV but other then that his blocking was stellar all around getting to second level blocks on almost every play. |

| Re: Giants at Redskins Post Game Thread Looking forward the Seattle schedule really worries me. They could be 10-6 a whole lot easier than we can, they have Arizona buffalo San Fran and the rams and all but buffalo are home games... |

To put it in reverse, Manning was sacked but otherwise hardly got touched.

| Re: Giants at Redskins Post Game Thread I will say this. This was not the most memorable game but I have a hard time remembering a more satisfying victory. Even now I'm in some sort of this weird combination of emotions that I can only describe as pissed off happy. Every time I think about the Giants ownership my blood boils. I have great respect for their players and their front office people but the stunt John Mara pulled this past offseason was enough for me to consider the Giants a bigger rival then the Cowboys. I mean it' one thing to get into a rivalry based on tradition but it's another thing where an opposing owner of a division rival is deliberately trying to sabotage your team. And it's not like we don't know from his statements at the owners meeting that his real goal was to stop the Redskins from acquiring RG3, but instead he settled for the cap penalties.

| True gentleman. Now lets hope you drop one or two more games and we run the table.
