We know our offense can score at any time and win the game for us. Wait.....wow. How unbelievable is that? I'm so proud to be a Redskin fan. We have young depth on the oline...we'll be getting our injured guys on defense back next year...we just beat the Eagles-Cowgirls-Giants-Ravens on a 4 game winning streak...and we're in the playoff hunt. Morris is a beast..Young is a beast..Garcon..Morgan..it goes on and on and on.
I admire Joe Gibbs so much and I always will...but I gave him hell alot of times when he was here the first go round and he gave us 3 SB trophies. I never was a big fan of Shanahan and had huge doubts about him when he got here. Our defense is lacking big time and it needs to be addressed. But we're building something here. My God the last 4 weeks have been surreal compared to what I've been accustomed to. This year is the first year since I don't know when that we've made such a big step towards being the kind of team we've all been hoping for. It's not perfect..it never will be so I'll still bitch from time to time, especially until this defense gets better, but I have to say the Shanahans..Bruce Allen..even Snyder and many more have gotten us to a place I had begun to doubt we'd ever see again. Just wanted to get that off my chest.
Hail this post

People were calling it game over before the fumble. Nobody is calling out these people per say, I just pointed out that many people do it. Can we let this go?...lol Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.

You said what a lot of us are feeling/thinking. It's exciting to think of all the young players who are building this thing up. Just as the rest of the division is aging, and we have a real chance to be on top for a while to come if the defense gets healthy and a player or three (LOL) in the secondary.

In successive weeks we beat the entire NFCE and the leaders of the AFC North.

Hell forkin' yeah. That is all.

I'd say the one guy that they MUST replace is Williams. He's just too slow to play in the NFL. Hopefully we can get a pass rusher too. No pass rush = no pass defense.

The song big country by the band big country is on rite now and giving me goosebumps. I love listening to tunes that get me pumped up the day after a huge win. Time for some Thunderstruck!

We have a pass rusher, he's on IR.

As I've mentioned repeatedly, safety is our number one need this offseason. Although not ideal, we could live with our current CBs with good safeties. While I expect a new starter (or two) at CB next season, it won't mean squad if we don't get a starter-caliber FS.

We need a new defense... Linebackers, corners, 3-4 de, depth at nose tackle, and of course safety we could also use a playmaker on the offense and Tyler the right tackle was trash yesterday
