Quote:
Director of Pro Personnel: Morocco Brown
Focus: Oversees practice squad personnel, pro player evaluation (including free agents and other leagues such as CFL), in charge of advanced scouting of next opponent. He’s the point person in the regular season. A decision to sign say Ryan Grant is largely based on his staff's input
NFL Experience: Assistant Director of Pro Personnel Bears (2002-2007), assistant scout with the Redskins (2000-2001)
Based on the italicized portion of the Bio, it sounds like someone doesn't think very highly of Brown. I feel better now.

Here's to hoping the skins make it to the superbowl and all 7 head coaching vacancies have been filled by then or are entirely unattractive to Kyle.

Whenever Kyle goes, i hope Mike doesnt cut him a " family discount" deal in a trade for Cousins.

Kyle is not getting a head coaching job and that's the end of that.

Don't be so sure about that. If the Redskins go to SB47, Kyle Shanahan will be offered more than one head coaching vacancy. Whether he goes to interview or if he decline's the offer is a whole other thing.

I for one hope Kyle doesn't leave us. I feel like we finally have a system that is working. I mean if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

He's extremely vital, but I mean I'm sure he's replaceable.

Re: Black Monday: NFL Coaches and Executives Carousel

I happen to think Scott Campbell's work is more important but I believe Brown's more respected. Not really sure why. Think because Campbell isn't really seen as leader material

I don't either. I wanted him when we got Mike and was happy that he brought Kyle with him. I called him the toy in the Happy Meal and I don't want to lost that toy...
