Yet these type of injuries aren't what they were ten years ago and Robert's work ethic is just as intense and serious as Peterson's, so I see no reason why he can't recover completely and be back next season the same as Peterson.

So yes, I'm fine with it.

don't want to jump the gun, but IF he misses the season, look on the bright side - cousins will get tons of great experience. i, for one, have complete faith in kirk

Thats why I thought there was no hope,to expect cousins to come in and that late and expect him to pull it out would be a miracle,but then you qoute his stats like they meant something,they were meaningless.He had bad snaps,dropped passes,intense pressure.

It is what it is, if he is gone for all next year I think it's better for us to know now instead of him getting hurt in the 1st game next season. Have all offseason to prepare and tailor offense around Kirk.

I regret nothing about watching our franchise QB who just turned us around from worst to first in a single season trying to win a playoff game for us. Lets take care of yourself now and do it all again in September. We want you around for as long as possible.

I'd kinda slow down there with that opinion. That was one of the best teams in the history of the NFL. The future looks bright, but we still have a lot of holes, that team had no holes.
