| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread Yeah, just saw that also. Throw wasn't great then from the blitz. I was just focusing on the crabtree/smith part. Crabtree doesn't do much except run right into Smith.

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread pushoff - Imgur A very good break down of the endzone play with Crabtree. You can see him clearly pushing off on Smith as well so I'll have to stand with it being a good no-call in that situation. I like what this one 49ers fan said. Quote:

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread I'll say it again I was very impressed with the refs and how they let the players play.

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread Jim Harbaugh definition of "class and grace" is weird. Him and Bill Belicheat must have similar definitions of the words.

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread Of all people, 49er fans (especially that bitch Jim Harbaugh) should stop talking about a missed call. Last I recall, didn't they win the NFC championship game on this 4th down play?

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread It was the play calling to not run with either Gore or Kap keeping it at least once in the four tries was just plain dumb. Especially Ngata out; what a damn no brainier.

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread Whit runs hos route right where Bowman is standing. It's football, people to make contact with one another. That play was a good no call. |

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread Another reason to appreciate John Harbaugh is how brilliantly he coached the safety play. Not only was it the right call, but it was executed perfectly with shrewd coaching, running the clock all the way down the four seconds. I'm positive Harbaugh told all his players to hold the 49ers defenders and there were at least 4-5 holding penalties that should have been called on the Ravens (including at least on blatent tackle), but since they would only have resulted in a safety (which was the goal anyway) and not any change to the kicking position, the holds effectively ran about five extra seconds off the clock and kept the 49ers from running an offensive play. Brilliant call by a coach who knows his stuff. Someone else who agrees already put the play to music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSXShuFueII

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread Yeah, I'm not a Jim Harbaugh fan because he so often acts in such classless ways.

| Re: Ravens v. Niners Super Bowl Thread 2 flags during play on ravens and 2 on 49ers. I don't think they called definaive holding once. I love when refs let them play. Blaming the refs means you lost |
