| Smithsonian Museum - yet another thread on team name The Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian @SmithsonianNMAI is hosting a symposium today, Feb 7 10:15-5:45, to change the Redskins mascot. | re: Smithsonian Museum - yet another thread on team name There's an editorial in today's Wash Post about the logo and I saw that Channel 4 is doing a poll to see if people think the name should be changed. I really think this could be the beginning of the end for the Redskins name and logo. |

| re: Smithsonian Museum - yet another thread on team name I feel like one of these threads pops up every month when some new article comes out by some bored sports-writer who is too lazy to think of something else to write about. There are segments of the population who probably have some kind of forum or prostest or whatever regarding the team name every week. Nothing new to see or discuss and im glad to see no one is bothering to debate the issue here. It does not merit discussion, only dismissal.
