I watched that game again. Griff was only 9 for 18.
Good thing Morris was lights out.
But I guess we are supposed to be a running team.

Yeah and repeatedly outran Ware and everybody else on one good leg. I really hope we work on getting Griff healthy and keeping him so. I'd be happy to see him do what Portis was absolutely ridiculed for once, falling down before he was in danger of being hit.

Love that game. That Dallass game week 17 really makes me think of the promise and the danger of RG3's game. He could be the real game changer, that Kaepernick and Wilson emulated as the season went on, or an injury prone career cut short. Because he can't take the hits Newton and Rodgers and Rothlisberger can take.

I don't know why Wilson and Kaepernick didn't get smeared last season. I don't think they're slide prone. It seems to me they're good at changing their direction downfield so they're running parallel to would-be tacklers. But I really don't know. If there's any way to reduce the pounding RG3 takes (and it's not the read option, it's the same plays Vick* gets hurt on scrambling and in the pocket) I hope the Shannys implement it.

*(That is the ONLY valid comparison to Vick, IMO.)

Jammer is visiting the Redskins tonight per Mr. Paulsen. My man HTTR24-7 brought up the possibility back in March

Sounds like we're trying to corner the market for 30+ y/o CBs this offseason. At least he's 6' tall...

Well if we sign Jammer, I don't see us going Corner in the 2nd.

Wouldn't we have to cut someone to sign him? The consensus cut seems to be j. Wilson, so I wouldn't say that really nixes a need for cb early in the draft.

hmmmm....Its getting crowded back there at CB. Hall to safety on a more permanent basis...or does Wilson get cut? I wouldnt let Wilson go, he's the best corner on the team right now.

Re: Official Redskins Off-Season News & Rumors-Part Trois

Is Jammer a good cb. Looks like he has been a rock solid starter that never gets hurt. On another note, I saw Maurice Hurt on Redskins nation and he looks like he has gained at least 40 pounds. Looked like a 370 pound man.

Jammer was really good in his prime but I believe he's in his mid30s now. I'm sure he's still pretty good
