Also those coaches--specifically Walsh (not sure about Noll and Belichick is TBD) knew when to get rid of QBs, and when they were past their prime. Montana to Young is one great example.

When you're comparing greats with greats, you got to get into the nitpicking of things like that. Gibbs is great, definitely top 10, but I think Shula, Walsh and Noll are much better coaches than him. Belichick you can make an argument for.
Gibbs didn't draft the QB's Beathard did and he inherited Joey T. Walsh and Belichuck got lucky with Montana and Brady.

Man its Vinny-like over there. Good stuff. Maybe Jerry can call the bingo caller and get him in there.

The fact that the Cowboys are so laughable is proof that there is a benevolent God.

Those were the darkest days of redskins football I've witnessed. It was straight garbage, laughable, embarrassment

Doesnt make sense. Jeff George and Ponder are nothing alike. George only cared about throwing deep, Ponder hands off and throws check downs.

Maybe they are giving George a chance to prove himself as a coach, although someone who was thought of as a coach killer seems an odd choice for that. I cant see any other reason to bring him in.
