Corporations are shedding jobs and forcing those employed to work harder for their money, so why can't the NFL do that with the players. I am sure the owners would love that, and so would the fans. It just might cut ticket prices and give you more bang for your buck. Seriously now!!!!!!! These players that are raised in the hip hop culture have no incentive to win, when a huge sum of their $$$$$$$ is guaranteed upfront. They are one track minded, and that is $$$$$$$$$. It is a guy who is regularly screwing a girl who wants to get married. The guy doesn't have any incentive to walk down the aisle since he already is getting his. The NFL product is mediocre anymore. Why do you think the networks go over the top with the hype machine with it? The game should sell itself like it did in the 70-80's with minimal hype, except during the SB.

Are you done with the stupid? If not I will wait.

I don't believe they have the same plan, and that can be hidden only so long
Is this the reason why there seems to be different opinions and "voices" coming from the team - especially what RGIII says versus what Mike Shanahan says?

Fourth, players were drinking and smoking on the sidelines and in the locker room back in the day. Fifth, yes it absolutely was a dumb post

I don't know to be honest whose plan belongs to whom. But one of them wants to go with less RO, more of stretching the defense, more boots, use the pass to set up the run. Let RG3 win the game with his arm, don't make him use his legs so much. I've heard this is how Kyle wants it. But others with deep knowledge say it's Mike who wants it this way.

So it's as clear as mud, maybe we will find out one day when one or both are gone from here.

There is definitely an urgency to start winning ASAP. I'm just saying that people on here are already acting as if the season is over, it is not. One thing we all should know already, crazy/impossible things have happened in NFL through out years.

Bizarre, just bizarre to have such confusion among a coaching staff. No wonder it's a mess out there.

I hate that we could end up with one or the other, Mike or Kyle. Mike hasn't put a whole team together in nearly 14 years, Kyle never has and really hasn't shown the leadership to warrant giving him the chance.

I was feeling optimistic until this stuff came up, sounds like we're just facing more of the same for however long...who knows?

Well look this happens throughout the league, even with winning teams. The solutions vary. One person just cedes his position. The two sides agree to a compromise. One guy simply gets fired. Among others.

My personal opinion, and of course you won't agree, is that Kyle has the smarts and reputation to venture out on his own by now and he should. And again, I mean after this season.
