Rookie report: Seventh-round corner Josh Holsey intercepted two passes during full-team drills. Holsey has worked mostly in the slot and has proven to be a quick learner. In one-on-one drills, Holsey has done a nice job turning and running with receivers. His ability to play the slot gives him a shot to make the roster.
Excellent! They better keep him if he keeps it up.

Yeah but sadly most of those Defensive Backs will be cut either in preseason or that before week 1 hits.

Well, there will be some real competition in the defensive backfield. I wonder if this will be the end of Deangelo Hall?

He'd better switch to coaching ! Read that he's taken Hosley under his wing, coaching him from the sideline.

He's on PUP list anyway, I feel like this is the time to make the switch for him.

Redskins running back Keith Marshall tore his right patella tendon and will miss the season, per source. Marshall hurt his knee in practice Saturday. He missed last season with an elbow injury.

Keith Marshall is done

Best play of the day: Receiver Josh Doctson fooled corner Josh Norman to break wide open for a long touchdown catch. But that wasn't as impressive as Doctson's one-handed grab over corner Dashaun Phillips in a one-on-one drill. Doctson jumped and rea

Josh doctson is killing it.

That is sad to hear, but with Perine on board he would have be let go anyway. Mack would have beaten him out.

Re: Training Camp 2017

Nugget from Keim:

3. There's reason to feel good about the 2016 draft class, even after Marshall's injury. Receiver Josh Doctson and corner Kendall Fuller have looked good; Su'a Cravens is starting at safety, and defensive lineman Matt Ioannidis has looked bigger and stronger at end. He's done a nice job using that power to win battles, and he has a knack for finding the ball. Former general manager Scot McCloughan loved him last year, partly for his mindset. It's a good start for Ioannidis; where he takes it from here is up to him.

Re: Training Camp 2017

the whole team sounds like they are coming into camp ready to go. Could be an exciting season for this team. They will be the underdogs in the division (other than Philly) and really have had back to back solid years. A little better defense and we could be making a deep playoff run. Might go put 50 on the Skins to reach the SB, just for the hell of it.
