The Bengals got him for cheap, $9.3M over 4 years. I am disappointed the Redskins could not get him for this small amount of money. It would be worth the risk, you can always cut him if it does not work out, and only be out less than $2m for the first year. I guess our defensive coordinator wants more Linebackers instead of D-Lineman.

The year he played for the Skins was the only year he wasnt extremely injury prone. He didnt do much for the Raiders last year. Its a shame how many D-Linemen we got last year, and traded picks to get, just to have them cut and then not have our picks anymore... A few of them have been picked up by other teams, I wonder how much of it was a result of our coaching and not the players

I would have loved to get some one as talented as Gradner back for that kind of money! But he really isn't as Gibbs likes to say" a REDSKINS!" Wich means he doesn't have the kind of character we are looking for.Time will tell if Cincinnati got a good deal.
