You know, Marty is coming back to town, would we be better off if he was still here? Something like that.
I'm simply trying to open up a discussion. I DID NOT state an opinion in the first post of the thread.

If you do not want to discuss the redskins on a redskins DISCUSSION forum then why the hell are you a ****ing moderator?

Seriously. Let people discuss on a discussion forum.

Bozzy, I don't know what your deal is but you need to chill. Reread my post - I was cracking a joke.

PLAYCALLING stunk. really stunk. and royal needs a hand transplant. schotty has problems going ultra conservative too, and he's also lost a lot of the games the same way we lost one today.

I know, I'm just telling you how people can interpret things based on the title of a thread

Yeah I know, but I'm saying people should be more open.

I agree with you; almost any topic should be within bounds. However, after we endure a tough loss and fans are really disappointed, a lot of people will react the wrong way to a thread like this. It's just a timing issue. But, I'm not in any way, shape, or form trying to discourage an open debate about 99% of all topics.

The Subject was written [in my opinion] to fire emotions like throwing a rock into a pack of dogs.

It has nothing to do with "Open" now does it?
You gonna sit there behind that monitor and tell us the thread was not intended to insite a riot but to start an "Open Discussion"?
Really?

I call yer bluff.
peace

Re: Who's a Better Coach: Gibbs or Schottenheimer?

This thread is quickly getting ugly. I hesitate to lock it because I hate to shut down debate. But, I hate to see a thread devolve into a discussion about postsers. Let's all play nice.

i agree 110% on that one. whenever gibbs has any sort of lead, whether it's 3 points, 1 point, or 2 points, he never plays with a sence of urgency. He doesn't go for the kill, he goes for the wound. What i mean by that is he'll be satisfied if we have any sort of lead. It has hurt us 3 times in the last three games, and he needs to start being aggressive on offense in the fourth quarter if he wants to win some more games.

Re: Who's a Better Coach: Gibbs or Schottenheimer?

How about we just start a who's better than Gibbs thread after every loss.

Really productive.

Seriously, what's the point?
