| First round Champs First-round champs Miami has had 13 first-round picks in the past three drafts, more than twice the number of the school with the second most. Here are the leaders the past three years. Miami 13 Georgia 5 Florida 4 Texas 4 Arizona State 4 Penn State 4 Plus, Miami is going to break the record of most players picked in the first round, with six this year. They are breaking their own record, which is a tie with some other teams i beleive.

| Speaking of Wilfork, after weeks of saying the Skins would take Harris, now FOX Sports/Sporting News is saying they'll take Wilfork. They've been pretty adamant in saying they'll pass on both Winslow and Taylor http://www.foxsports.com/content/view?contentId=2339788

| Ive been saying that Wilfork will move up the most and be the first dlinemen taken, but at 5? That seems like a stretch. I would love for us to be able to get wilfork with some trade involving some players and next years pick. that would be huge to get Winslow/Taylor and Wilfork.

| You know what, if that happend. I cant say that I would be that against it. We dont have the cap power to actually do it, and one of these years we are gonna have to build through the draft for a few years. If, however, they did somthing to get Winslow and Taylor or Taylor and Wilfork or Wilfor and Winslow, I wouldnt be that against it. Hell, even if we gave up next years #1 for Mike Williams in the supplemental, I wouldnt protest it too much. Whatever it takes to make this team good for the next 3-4 years, I'm game. |

| miami's getting the a lot of the better prospects coming out of HS because miami has a very good coaching staff and they seem to be like the current notre dame in the sense that they are always on tv and that plays a big role in the recruitment of some players. |

| Any combination of those three would huge to rebuilding our team and being able to make a run this year. It seems more likely that we coudl get Taylor/Winslow and Wilfork. Expecially if people are saying that Wilfork might drop to 15 (which I think is all draft bs). Someone put up that link to the site yesterday that had us selecting Wilfork at 5, that seems like a bad move. Im tired of all of these rumors, how many reports have you read that the SKins told the player that they were going to pick them...
