| Re: Great call to throw to Royal with 2:00 left i was praying they would throw it because if it was incomplete it would have probably been at 2 minutes or if they ran it, the clock would have stopped at 2 minutes anyway. |

| Re: Great call to throw to Royal with 2:00 left yeah i was like, damn the redskins are actually throwing when they have a lead with under 3 minutes to go in the game. Rare moment indeed. |

| Re: Great call to throw to Royal with 2:00 left Wasn't this pretty much the same scenario against Tampa, except it was third down in that game? Glad we learned something. |

| Re: Great call to throw to Royal with 2:00 left That was a magnificent call. In the past, we'd have seen 2 runs up the middle for a total of five yards, an incomplete pass, and Derrick Frost kicking a 30-yard punt. |

I thought that was a good move as well because that was the essence of my post after the Tampa-Bay game. I must admit I was suprised, but it was good to see them not go conservative at that point in time. | |

| Re: Great call to throw to Royal with 2:00 left It made sense b/c even if they ran it the clock would have been stopped with the 2min warning |

| Re: Great call to throw to Royal with 2:00 left I think it was the only call to have made in that situation. What about the hand off to Portis to grab that last first down? ![]()
