Draft Day Parties

I suppose this could go either here or the Draft Central forum.

Anyhow, I thought I'd start this thread for anyone that wants to set up Draft Day Parties at different bars around the country (and world) to watch the draft unfold with fellow Warpathers.

I'm hoping to be at the draft itself, but if there's anything going on in NYC I may try to swing by, time permitting.

Search the CTC NFL tickets marketplace for Redskins tickets, cheap Jets tickets, Packers tickets, sold out Steelers tickets, Chiefs tickets and premium Giants tickets. We also carry Nationals tickets, Washington Capitals tickets and Washington Wizards tickets.

Re: Draft Day Parties

I saw that they are doing a draft party at FedEx field. I thought it was going to be lame until I saw that they are going to let fans on the field to have a pass & kick contest. Now I'm FedEx or bust come this Sat.

Anyone else want a piece of this in the pass & kick contest at FedEx???...locally I'm known as the Man With the Golden Arm. I have my right arm permentantly in a holster and I don't unsheath it until its called up for action. Looks like I'll get my chance Sat at FedEx.

The ones at FedEx are a BLAST! As mentioned, you go onto the field, but you also can tour the locker room, pose with the Super Bowl trophies, meet some of the current players and watch the band and cheerleaders perform. The cheerleaders also join Redskins alumni for a couple of autograph sessions during the day. I highly recommend it. Bring a camera.

Anyone in the NC Triad area? Thinking about a meet up Sunday for Day two picks and conversation about day 1 picks (please no WR on day 1!).

Amen to that! K-State's Jordy Nelson in the second round.

You know round 2 is the first day, right?

Thanks. I read it wrong, thinking Round 1 instead of Day 1. A WR with the second-round pick, wouldn't kill us, though.

I'd rather get a wr in 3rd or later... few rookie wr's have an impact regardless of where they are drafted.

Re: Draft Day Parties

I will watch it at home, save money. I will be going to Training camp, Canton and two regular season games. That is about the extent of my redskins excursions for the next few months.
