I am not at all unhappy about DHall coming back. And it also seemed clear he wanted to remain with the Skins (not that he had lots of suitors, but I do think he genuinely wants to be in DC). I think our D will be improved from last season (not a terriblly hard thing to do) even if we do nothing but get healthier. My view is we need more safety help than anything else at this point, although I would put RT and a change-of-pace RB right behind.
