I probably wouldn't agree about the NFC East teams being better. I think we're the best team (both present and in terms of future potential) in a weak division. When RG3 is back, healthy, and throwing it around, the Redskins will have a better case as NFC favorites.
Freeman's the huge question mark on that team right now, but he was also the NFL's most improved player last year (from 2011), so maybe there's more upside there. And I think you said Flacco was average at this time last year...and all he did was spend 16 regular season games proving you right. It might work out in spite of Josh Freeman.
New Orleans is just not good right now. That team is Brees, Graham, Jenkins, and a lot of over the hill guys (which may include Brees at this point, to be honest).
