I've been very frustrated with Niles Paul's drops, but I'm willing to give him one more year to prove that he can catch the dang ball! As far as the mismatch against the linebackers, that has worked pretty well. Paul can get open down the field, and he does have the potential to be a deep threat type of TE, but he just needs to work on his concentration. Right now, he's catching the ball like Taylor Jacobs.
