I don't mind giving up next year's 2nd rounder for Cooley. His stats are good, he's got good size, and he's got the right work ethic. I think that if he comes in, works his butt off, and wins a starting job, he'll be considered a steal.
Personally, I think this is a good move by the FO/ coaching staff.
