Vick will start at QB for Philly...if Kelly wants to run "his" offense.
Otherwise, they'll start Foles.
I don't see Barkley starting Week 1. I hope he does, we'll destroy them in the season opener.
We likely will no matter who plays QB, but Barkley is the worst of their options.
