Wilds blew some assignments big time in the preseason closer so it's understood why his leash was so short. I'm still unsatisfied with our DEs. Greg Williams may be too, but he will work with the talent we already have. None of these guys have the pass rushing skills and moves of a premier DE and that includes Arrington. That's the reason L.A. is used as a DE on 'passing downs' and equally the reason he's not effective at it. The 3-3-5 formation suits our players' strengths more. Maybe the previously injury riddled Nic Clemons will live up to his #90 jersey (I nearly torched mine when Kenard Lang left to go play for his old college coach who by the way is out of the league(?)
Yeah, I believe Kenard is done. But on the contrary about the DEs. While not spectacular, I think they are very solid and capable. The lack of pass rush is a concern, but who knows what will happen when the whistle blows on 9/11.
We could be in for a treat- besides I don't think Wynn and Daniels have played a full season together yet.

Aki Jones could be someone they are hoping will develop sooner rather than later. Stay tuned...
