It is very interesting to evaluate Ramsey's decision making from this particular metric system. I recognized from his first season with the Redskins that he would determine his own destiny through his comprehension of reading defenses and making the appropiate decision. If we look at his first year with the team, and his best game in preseason against the Steelers, it is clear that he is not efficient and still struggles to make the appropiate decision and locate the open receiver. The TD to Cooley could have gone either way because Cooley was covered. However, Mike Sellers was wide open and Ramsey decided to throw the ball into coverage. I'm sure Gibbs discussed this and other issues with Ramsey. If you notice, when Brunell comes off of the field, Ramsey is right their to greet him. If Gibbs, Musgrave, and Brunell can't teach him, it will be very difficult for him to land a starting position on another team.
