This team is probably not going to make the playoffs and everyone just has to accept that fact. What fans should do is look for signs for improvement for next year. That way it's not about winning or losing when you watch the games and the games will be more entertaining. I'm not leaving out hope that they can't turn this around, but 0-3 is just too big of a hole to dig out of to start the season. I also don't want to blow up this whole thing because of a bad start that had a lot of things that went against the Redskins this season so far.
Blow it up and hope for what? The next Chip Kelly? No, I'll hold out at least until next season when Alfred Morris and RGIII are more seasoned and probably more prepared with RGIII healthier. And there will be more cap space with the possibility of bringing in more db talent and maybe drafting a speedy wideout that can catch the ball.
If they can't get anywhere by next season, then I say fire everybody.

You don't can anybody midseason like Snyder did with Norv. Norv deserved to go, but not like that when the season could have been salvaged with an outside shot at the playoffs still a possibility. A long shot yes, but it could have happened if he was allowed to turn it around. I don't think it is good to fire coaches mid season as you might as well write off the rest of the season. Give these guys time to make the necessary adjustments and see where it leads. Right now this team is lacking in some basic fundamentals as the tackling issue shows and the sloppy penalties.
