Its totally dependent on the team.

A team, like say the Jaguars this year, I'd say realistically 3-5 years. They're so bad and so much needs to be done, that it can't possibly happen in just a season or two.

A team like the Bears, who Trestman took over, I'd give about two years. Right on the brink, a lot of talent already there; shouldn't take as long.
