I doubt an attorney will be able to help you much. Traffic court judges aren't going to be wowed that your hired an attorney and usually, the attorney will just end up costing you more money than it is worth. If you got a DWI I might say otherwise, but I think you're best bet is to simply plead your case to the judge, be respectful, and use your common-sense to concoct a good argument.
