Guys who are clearly better than Garcon: D Thomas, Dez Bryant, Megatron, AJ Green, B Marshall, Vincent Jax, Josh Gordon, Julio Jones, Victor Cruz. These teams, he is clear number 2.
Guys who are on their way out, who you wont build around on this team, who wont be better within a year: Andre Johnson, Roddy White, Reggie Wayne
Guys who are not better than Garcon: Torry Smith, Jordy Nelson, Antonio Brown, Macklin, Jennings, Decker, Hakeem Nicks, James Jones, Crabtree Anybody from NE, Anybody from Miami, Anybody on Minny, Anybody on Seattle, etc. etc.
Guys who seem system, slot guys you could argue are better than Garcon: Welker, D Jax, Hilton, Cobb
Not mention any rookies, resume too small and not comparable
