I think "sleeping in the office" shouldnt be discounted.
It sure bodes better than showing up, getting paid, and home on time.
The coaching position requires as much sacrifice and dedication than the players.
Heck in any successful business, upper mgt works just as hard as the working class.
Gibbs slept in his office. What do you think would happen if he gave up when sleepy or if his tummy hurt? Good teams has work ethic that trickles down.
