I also want to put in the name Russ Grimm. He can develop offensive lineman, see Jon Jansen and Chris Samuels. He is a Redskins HOF, he can develop players in our weakest position (Oline). Hue Jackson, Ken Whisenhunt or Greg Knapp as OC and Ken Norton Jr. as DC.

Norton is a disciple of Pete Carroll, working 9 years under him and gaining the title of assistant HC defense. With Norton on board, I would like them to retain R.Morris. Knapp working RG3 will help him make that leap forward.
As a HC, in the sense of being a leader of the organization, you won't find many better choices than Shaw.

I think Grimm's window has likely passed

Don't sleep on Hue Jackson as a possible staff addition

Whisenhunt is an intriguing name
