I also want to put in the name Russ Grimm. He can develop offensive lineman, see Jon Jansen and Chris Samuels. He has lead teams with strong running games, won the Superbowl (Steelers) as an assistant coach and had the 5th best passing attack with the Cardinals. Norton is a disciple of Pete Carroll, working 9 years under him and gaining the title of assistant HC defense. With Norton on board, I would like them to retain R.Morris. Knapp working RG3 will help him make that leap forward.

As a HC, in the sense of being a leader of the organization, you won't find many better choices than Shaw.
I think Grimm's window has likely passed
Don't sleep on Hue Jackson as a possible staff addition
