I agree with the offensive thought. You cannot go 3 and out or have turnovers consistently and expect your defense to come up big every single time. Just look at the Jets D, they are one of the worst scoring defenses in the NFL but that is due to how bad that offense is at times. So I agree that the Saints offense has helped that D.
Last year with Dallas, pretty much every important player was injured. Ware was playing with one arm the last game of the season. Plus look what happened to their D once Ryan left... they are now historically bad.
