The new Head Coach will be chosen by a prime time reality television show. Contestants will complete weekly by coaching various teams ,(ie high school, Pop Warner,
electric football, farm animals,..etc). Redskins fans will vote by phoning or texting into the show. Judges will be Vinny, Deion Sanders, and a coked up Andy Dick.
