Worst mistakes in Shanahan era:
1) "No, Dan...I'm sure he's ready to be my offensive co-ordinator."
2)"I know Jim is risky, but once we put the 3-4 in place, and give him control, it should work out well."
3)"Call Andy. Tell him I'm absolutely interested. I think Don has a lot left in the tank."
4)"He doesn't look hurt.....keep him in there."
5)"Washington seems like it'll be a great fit for me."
