Come on, this guy ain't Bill Parcells or Jerry Jones........Gibbs doesn't have an ego, he loves the Redskins and wants them to do well, that's why he came back from retirement. He didn't have to....he already has his Super Bowl rings and his HALL OF FAME bust in Canton..........
