I would want former Redskins player Martin Mayhew if he could be lured away from the Detroit Lions. He has done a great job there, IMO.

He is probably not a possibility, since he is EVP of Football Operations and GM there. The Fords are very loyal people and he may feel the same loyalty towards them. Plus, Dan Snyder may not want to give him as much power as he has now.

Yet, in a perfect world, he would be my choice.
