Thought? Kubiac is rumored to get fired after this year.... would he make much of a difference on offense to help this team? somehow?

Defensively the whole coaching staff needs to go. Bring in someone new whom you would not mind taking over the reigns as HC after MS's 5th year if need be. Why? cause no quality DC is going to take a 1 yr deal. They want stability. Knowing they might be the next HC might bring someone in.
