I wanted the Skins to draft Nixon, so I was thrilled when they picked him up as an UDFA. Alas, they let him get away.
Nixon is big, athletic, and fast, with long arms. From the little I saw of him, I felt that, in time, he could develop into a starting NFL OT.
When the Skins draft McRib Bust in the 3rd Round, then keep him on the 53-man roster while letting a good prospect like Nixon get away, I can see why you might think that somebody at Redskins Park is clueless about O-Line talent.
