Not sure about Head Coach for ol' Grilliams. Something about his personality tells me that making him a HC here would just a trainwreck. Guy is a great motivator and defensive schemer but I doubt his ability to lead an entire team.
Maybe the suspension has humbled him and I'm wrong but I for sure wouldn't be opposed to him as our DC again. Seems like the last time we had a nasty defense was in 2005 or 2007 when he was here.
