Here's the question you have to ask yourself:

What other coaching candidate out there would be an upgrade over Joe Gibbs?

My answer: nobody. In fact, I wouldn't trade Gibbs for anybody, employed or not. I'd call Belichik his equal. Parcells is good too, though I hate his guts.
