If KC plays well over the next 2 games, his trade value will never be higher. Plus you don't want him to do really well and then create a QB controversy with Griffin. these guys have big ego's and that would set his growthback. If you truly blieve Griffin is the future you don't want another potential starter sitting back there that has proven himself in real games. Sure an unproven commodity is fine but unless the Starter is well established you can't have soem one with starter potential sitting behind them. he will always be looking over his shoulder and I think that would dramtically set III back.
