Keys to the season - in no particular order:

1. Top players have to stop worrying about their individual stats and play team football.

2. Players have to stop commiting stupid penalties such as late hits on third down plays when the opponent has been stopped short of a first down.

3. The defensive tackles have to find a way to stuff running plays up the gut when the defense needs to get the ball back.

4. Offensive line needs to pass block 3 times better than it did last year.

5. Offensive backs need to pass block 5 times better than they did last year.

6. Players need to accept accontability for their actions. I don't care who the player is, but if one of them whines this year about the coaching staff not knowing how to use that player's unique and invaluable skills, that player will get a surprising reaction from this coaching staff.

AND VERY IMPORTANTLY:

7. Danny Boy needs to let Joe Gibbs and his staff run the team while Danny Boy gets his face on TV sitting in the owners' box and cheering for his team. Danny Boy might also get a very surprising reaction from this head coach if he tries to intervene with this coaching staff to tell them who needs to start and who needs to play on what downs.
